Too often, loan officers develop
their own opinions of who needs credit insurance,
and who "probably won’t buy". Or, the offer for
credit insurance might be made in a less than
positive way. Unfortunately, any pre-judgement
of the worth of credit insurance can result in both
valuable protection to the borrower and loss of fee
income to the financial institution.
Consistent application of
the ABC’s will result in optimum results. Senior
management and loan originators both benefit through
a system of results, rewards, and recognition.
Following successful and proven procedures will
improve the quality of your loans and also increase

Know the

The "A,B,C’s of Credit
Insurance" Training Program
is offered by
Lenders Financial Insurance Services to any
financial institution regardless of which credit
insurance company it uses.
Training includes instruction on
basic life and disability insurance principals:
credit insurance rates, claims, and its advantages
to the borrower (and the lender). Attendees are
encouraged to actively participate, and to share
concerns, questions, and goals.
Classes run approximately 1-2
hours.
